Terms of Service
Please read our terms carefully before using our services.
General provisions
bg3dprint.com is operated by a professional 3D printing team. These terms govern the relationship between us and our customers when using our 3D printing, mass-production and CNC machining services.
Orders
We accept files in .STL, .STEP, .OBJ and .3MF formats. After receiving your request we send a quote within 24 hours. An order is considered confirmed once the quote has been approved in writing and these terms have been accepted.
Payments
We issue VAT invoices for all orders. Payment is made by bank transfer or cash on delivery. For orders above €500 we require a 50% advance payment. For mass production we offer deferred payments under long-term contracts.
Delivery and warranty
We provide a 1-year standard warranty on all products under normal use. We ship throughout Bulgaria via courier companies with optional shipment insurance. Delivery time is 1–3 business days for stock items and 5–15 business days for custom orders.
Intellectual property
The customer retains full rights to the provided 3D models and designs. We do not use customer files for any other purpose without explicit written consent. Upon order completion, files are stored for 6 months for warranty purposes and then deleted.
