Our print farm operates over 20 machines — industrial FDM systems for engineering polymers (PA6-CF, ABS-GF, TPU), high-resolution SLA printers for precision parts and premium photopolymers, and CNC capabilities for metal components.

Krasimir Kostadinov — Founder & Lead Technologist
Led directly by founder Krasimir Kostadinov, BG 3D PRINT combines an engineering background with over a decade of hands-on additive manufacturing experience. Every project is owned by a technologist who knows the process end-to-end — from machine calibration to final-part quality control.
Industrial hardware: Formlabs Fuse 1+ (SLS system for PA12, Nylon 11 CF and TPU 90A), a print farm of Bambu Lab X1-Carbon and P1S for high-throughput FDM production, and industrial CNC machines for aluminium and steel.
High-performance materials: PA6-CF, Nylon 11 CF, TPU 95A/90A, ABS-GF, PC and BASF Ultracur3d® RG 3280 for functional parts with industrial tolerances.
We specialise in complex multi-material projects and high-volume series production — from a single prototype to 10,000+ units, with consistent repeatability Cpk ≥ 1.33.
