Data collection
We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your orders: name, email address, phone number and shipping address. This data is used solely for project communication and product delivery.
Calculator data
When you use the online calculator we record technical session information: the 3D files you upload and their parameters (volume, dimensions), the selected materials, colours and quantities, and any contact details you enter. This information is used only to prepare an accurate quote, to help you if you get stuck, and to improve the service. Access is limited to authorised staff. Purpose of processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: order fulfilment and delivery, project communication, issuing invoices and accounting documents, and warranty service. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Security
We apply modern technical and organisational measures to protect your data and technical documentation. Access to information is restricted to authorised staff only. We use encrypted connections (SSL) for all data transfers.

Google measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 and linked Google Ads to measure visits, successfully submitted quote requests and confirmed card purchases, and to evaluate and optimize advertising. Google may receive browser and device data, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, sanitized page addresses, events, an opaque purchase identifier and the actual paid amount and currency. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, customer files or payment tokens. Requests are not sales and do not report estimated prices as revenue. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada (country-level location cannot distinguish Quebec) and unknown locations, a minimal banner blocks Google until consent. Accept, reject, or choose analytics and advertising measurement separately. Elsewhere measurement is enabled unless refused or Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. This browser stores a visitor identifier, country, time, the notice and choices shown, preserving earlier acceptance when consent is withdrawn. Cookie settings lets you change your choice anywhere; refusal applies immediately across open tabs. Previously blocked events are never replayed after acceptance.
