Why 3D printing wins up to 10,000 units

Conventional injection moulding requires an upfront investment of €8,000 to €50,000+ for a steel mould, with a 6–12 week lead time. This makes runs below 5,000–10,000 units unviable and blocks any design iteration after production starts.

3D printing eliminates this capital barrier. You pay per gram of material plus operational cost — with no fixed tooling expense. This opens a new economic zone: profitable runs from 1 to 10,000+ units, with free design changes between batches.

04 / ENGINEERING MATERIALS

Industrial-grade materials

We do not work with consumer plastics. For series production we use carbon-reinforced nylons, glass-reinforced ABS, industrial TPU and ceramic-filled resins — materials that replace injection-moulded and aluminium components in real-world conditions.

Certified polymers

Every material ships with a datasheet and batch certificate. For corporate clients we provide full lot tracking and ISO-standard documentation.

05 / JIT MODEL

Just-in-Time production

The JIT model removes the need to stock finished goods. We produce exactly the units the client consumes in the current cycle — minimising working capital, eliminating obsolescence risk and removing storage costs.

For partners with continuous consumption, we offer predictable weekly or monthly delivery with guaranteed quality and a fixed schedule.

06 / VALIDATION AND QUALITY

Three-stage validation protocol

Before full series production, every project goes through a structured process that eliminates risk and guarantees compliance with the client's requirements.

Stage 1 — Proof of Concept

3 — 7 working days

Free sample (1–3 pcs) to validate geometry, fit and function in real conditions. The goal is for the client to see the real part before investing in a series.

Stage 2 — Pilot Run

7 — 14 days

Small batch of 20–100 pcs to verify repeatability, test in the real environment and finalise DFM (Design for Manufacturing). The cost is fully credited towards the next large order.

Stage 3 — Full Production

Per agreed schedule

Full series production with statistical process control (SPC), batch traceability (lot tracking) and standardised packaging. Signed SLA covering quality and lead time.

High-temperature SLA resin — validation samples for industrial clients
Repeatability guarantee

Every 10th part of a series is measured and documented. For industrial clients we provide batch protocols and inspection sheets.
