We do not work with consumer plastics. For series production we use carbon-reinforced nylons, glass-reinforced ABS, industrial TPU and ceramic-filled resins — materials that replace injection-moulded and aluminium components in real-world conditions.
Every material ships with a datasheet and batch certificate. For corporate clients we provide full lot tracking and ISO-standard documentation.
Just-in-Time production
The JIT model removes the need to stock finished goods. We produce exactly the units the client consumes in the current cycle — minimising working capital, eliminating obsolescence risk and removing storage costs.

Before full series production, every project goes through a structured process that eliminates risk and guarantees compliance with the client's requirements.
Stage 1 — Proof of Concept
3 — 7 working daysFree sample (1–3 pcs) to validate geometry, fit and function in real conditions. The goal is for the client to see the real part before investing in a series.
Stage 2 — Pilot Run
7 — 14 daysSmall batch of 20–100 pcs to verify repeatability, test in the real environment and finalise DFM (Design for Manufacturing). The cost is fully credited towards the next large order.
Stage 3 — Full Production
Per agreed scheduleFull series production with statistical process control (SPC), batch traceability (lot tracking) and standardised packaging. Signed SLA covering quality and lead time.
Every 10th part of a series is measured and documented. For industrial clients we provide batch protocols and inspection sheets.
