Restoring rare and discontinued automotive parts

Many OEM parts are NLA (No Longer Available) or absurdly expensive. At Bulgaria3DPrint we don't just copy parts — we re-engineer them. We add reinforcing ribs, use modern composites (PA6-CF, ASA) and create components with a factory-grade finish.

1. Engineering evolution (Redesign & Reinforcement)

Many factory parts have "weak spots" — thin clips, poor weight distribution or material that turns brittle. For every component we run an engineering analysis:

  • Geometry reinforcement — adding ribbing where the original breaks
  • Material optimisation — carbon-reinforced nylon or flexible TPU instead of plain ABS
  • Functional improvement — integrated holders and extras the original lacks

2. Aesthetics and "Factory Look"
